1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds
If your order is cancelled or returned due to product damage, incorrect item, or delivery failure, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product for verification. Replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened or partially consumed alcohol bottles
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Failure to provide valid ID during delivery
5. Delivery Policy
Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery may take longer due to external factors such as weather or courier availability.
